What is included with the rental device?
Every rental unit is delivered ready for immediate use and includes the device, power adapter, carrying case, genuine licensed software, and built-in XCitium security protection against viruses and ransomware.
Can I customize the device specifications?

What rental options are available?
We offer flexible rental options to support all business needs, including event rentals, short-term and long-term plans available on a daily, monthly, or yearly basis.
What types of devices are available for rent?
We provide a wide range of equipment, including laptops, desktops, workstations, monitors, servers, printers, networking devices, storage solutions, and UPS power backup systems.
Can we purchase the devices after the contract ends?
Yes. You can choose a Lease-to-Own option by informing us before the contract starts. Once all agreed payments are completed, the devices will become your company’s property.
How are devices supported during the rental period?
We provide full support and technical assistance throughout the rental term. If a device is damaged or under repair, a replacement unit will be provided at no extra cost.
How is data handled when returning or upgrading devices?
We follow strict data security standards. All returned devices undergo permanent data wiping to ensure no company data remains, in compliance with PDPA requirements.
Can we add more devices or return them early during the contract?
Yes, You can request additional devices anytime to support team expansion through a supplementary agreement. Early returns are also possible based on contract terms or by consulting our team for the best solution.
