Shipping policy
- We ship daily, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.
- Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery in Bangkok and its vicinity, and 7–14 business days for other cities in Thailand. Please note that this timeline does not apply in a case where the shipping company can’t contact the receiver or in case of emergency such as natural disasters.
- Please allow 30–45 business days after a complete order confirmation for delivery of customized products.
Warranty
- Manufacturer’s warranty is valid within 1 year, or 3–5 years as stated on the receipt.
- Please refer to the user manual or related documents for items and malfunctions covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from accidents, exposure to liquid, and natural disasters.
- Blesssky Connexion Co.,Ltd. reserves the right to change or modify the warranty conditions without prior notice.
- Blesssky Connexion Co.,Ltd. reserves the right to reject return requests of unsealed and used products. However, we offer a lifetime warranty for RAM and certain products from specific vendors. This is valid as long as the products are actively being manufactured by the vendors.
